Signing up to receive the foreclosures I choose to send out is free. However, If you want all the foreclosures in any given county, feel free to subscribe to a monthly mailing of ALL the foreclosures listed for sale. You can select a particular county or choose to purchase a subscription to all the counties with a 33% reduced price.

Again, I strive to provide the best deals out there, but I do not send out every foreclosure available.
